工作内容：
1.计划、组织、实施工艺控制管理和提高，保证生产线C/L的良性运行，持续不断地提高和改善生产工艺及流程以达成日益提高的生产目标KPI。保障安全、质量目标的达成和生产运作的正常进行
Plan, organize and carry out process control management and improvement, and keep C/L of product line running well. Keep improving and optimizing process and procedure to meet the growing KPI. Ensure the target of safety and quality and the basic running of production.
2.关注生产线的工艺状态，解决工艺问题
Follow the state of product lines’ process, solve process issue.
3.依据公司对生产设备项目改造的要求，在上级的指令下，认真分析现状，制定详细的工作计划，参考相关工艺信息，按期完成工艺方面的设计工作，制定工艺验收计划，组织并实施工艺验收
Follow the requirement on production equipment project transformation and in the superior command. Analyze the state, make working plan in details and refer to the relevant process information. Design process in time, make acceptance plan and carry out.
4.对工艺技师、操作工、和厂内相关人员做工艺培训
Training process technician, operators and staff related.
主要职责
1.解决责任生产线发生的重大工艺问题Solve major process problem in duty line
2.确保生产线工艺标准化体系的实施及提高Ensure the implementation and improvement of the system of production process standers
3.完善及提高生产线良好设置Improve and perfect good run setting随时更新，每年回顾一次
Update in time, review per year
4.生产线换型效率持续提升，包括换型时间、换型废品、换型效率Improve the efficiency of grade change, including the grade change time, the waste of grade change and efficiency of grade change.
5.对影响生产线TW的主要因素进行识别，立项，跟踪直至问题得到解决。
Identify the key issue of TW, lead a project and follow until the problem is solved.
6.负责生产线工艺标准的执行、更新以及产品质量的保证和提高，提升生产线工艺能力，负责工艺范畴的质量改进项目In charge of the process stander of product line carry out and update and product quality guarantee and improve. Product line process ability improve and in charge of quality improve project relate to process problem.
7.负责对工艺技师、生产线操作人员进行生产技术及工艺培训Training process technician, operators and staff related
8.参与到新品、提速等改造项目，运用PFMEA进行前期分析，参与生产线工艺、设备和产品的技术改造、改进、更新和提高的具体实施
9.学习新技术，研究分析生产设备、材料、工艺状况，做进一步的工艺改进或TFT
Learn new technology, analyze the state of equipment, material and process, make process Kaizen or TFT 每年的创新性的改善或者TFT案例不少于5个
Kaizen and TFT cases no less than 5 per year.
任职资格
1.电气或者高分子材料相关专业大学本科Bachelor degree on electric or polymer material related major
2.1~3年相关行业工作经验1~3 years work experience in related insudtry
3.熟悉自动化流水线工艺及设备知识Familiar with automatic production line technology and equipment knowledge
4.具备精益生产、工业工程、6sigma的经验With the experience of Lean production & IE & 6 Sigma
5.熟练使用办公软件，具备使用CAD绘制图纸能力The skilled use of office software, have the ability to use CAD drawing
6.良好的英语听、说、读、写能力（CET-4证书）Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading, writing
