工作职责：1、全面负责节目内容审核，确保内容播出安全和质量； Oversee and manage the content review process, ensuring acceptable quality for broadcast shows. 2、对节目内容制作，经营策略和媒体发展方向提出思路和建议；对片源进行筛选工作； Provide advice on content production, business strategy, and media development, as well as the filtering process for programs. 3、负责电视宣传策划工作 Assist development of TV promos, both planning and production. 4、负责总编室的日常运营管理、资源管理及分配； Manage the daily operations and resources of the Editorial Department. 5、制定及梳理审核工作规范，总编室相关规则及流程，并负责各项制度的执行； Develop and lead implementation of improved content review policies as well as other regulations and procedures.
任职资格：1、电视媒体相关专业本科及以上学历； Bachelor degree or above; TV media or relevant major . 2、年龄35-50岁；要求母语是英语的外籍人士或外籍华人 Age between 35-50; native English speaker or Chinese with extensive experience living and working in English countries 3、具有3年以上媒体主编（或总编室同类职位）经验。 电视台同等工作经历优先考虑； Three or more years experience in a chief editorial position; similar work experience at a television station is preferred. 4、具备优秀的内容、热点内容判断、内容分析及执行能力。并对各种形态视频产品都有所了解； Ability to quickly and effectively analyze hot issues and content, then provide salient advice on all aspects of video production. 5、对电视及新媒体节目内容的展现形式、视频形态特点有充分了解，并熟悉相关行业背景及最新进展； Well-informed about television presentation styles, new media programs, and the assorted video formats. Also, be familiar with the history and trajectory of the video industry. 6、具备较强沟通及表达能力，积极主动性强，并快速理解及推进制作部门项目进展； Strong communication skills, proactive work ethic, and quick understanding of production projects. 7、学习能力强，积极关注行业发展动态 Fast learner with a focus on the media industry. 8、有带团队工作经验者优先考虑。 Preference will be given to those who have experience in leading a team.
