【Purpose of Role】
To provide strongly accurate & timely financial /analytical information that complies with the requirement of company business, accounting standards to enable effective decision making
Report line
·has direct report line to Korea Controller
【Key Accountabilities】
·Controlling China Business and support Korea Controller for Key business through review consolidation and analysis of both TJXXXand TJXXXX and office’s financials ( Reports and analyses include monthly, quarterly and annual actuals, budgests, forecasts and strategic plan)
·Produce and present management information to Operating Director and General Manager
·Co-ordinate and work new biz.related projects with Development Team.

·Chian Finance Team and IT team
·Cost Savings
·Evaluate of future business opportunities
· Liaise with auditors, lawyers,treasury and tax staffs

【Skills】
·Thorough knowledge of China GAAP, US GAAP and integrated financial systems
·Thorough knowledge of China tax and regulations
·Good understanding of internal controls
·Knowledge relevant to financial management and budgeting
·Good experience in ERP system ( TJXXXX system – MFG-PRO)
· Fluent English (written and spoken)
【Qualification / Experience Required】
At least 12 years in accounting field of a foreign invested company with accounting related diploma.
Good accepting Korea Company Cuture / USA Company Culture.
Experienced in Manufacture Company.
Driven, energetic, and highly motivated
A self-starter with the ability to work under pressure with a deadline driven environment.
At least 4 years’s experience of retrieving and consolidating multiple functional numbers and creating financial reports,
Knowledge of China-GAAP, USA-GAAP and Tax systems.
Well organized with good communication skills a focused and thorough approach and a commitment to delivering excellence.
