职位要求与描述:
Supervisory Scope : Sales Managers, Engineers & Executive
Duties & Responsibilities
o Lead in the development of regional sales plans, strategies and budgets;
o Organizing the sales team to ensure the achievement of sales targets for existing and new business;
o Identify and build up strong relationship with strategic customers in region to support business growth and value pricing efforts;
o Organize various customer conferences and presentations to support market growth efforts;
o Monitor and manage the sales and customer service team in their region to ensure teamwork and the delivery of total customer satisfaction;
o Negotiate with customers on pricing, customer claim and other issues
o Partner with marketing staff in efforts such as market segmentation, branding and communication.
o Work with the finance people to ensure the effective management of debts and inventory levels.
o Identify new product opportunities to be suitable for local manufacture.
o Evaluate performance and training new sales staff and managers for improved performance;
o Completion of various sales reports for region;
o Keep track of competitor activities in the region and provide feedback and suitable sales strategies to win in the market;
o Work closely with the management team in the supply plants to ensure quality of products and on time delivery.
