Achieve individual product line's financial objectives by demand generation and profitability management.
Principal responsibilities:
1.Plan and execute business direction of assigned product line in quarterly, weekly, and daily Develop monthly marketing plans for delivering business results
2. Manage pricing and merchandising to optimize demand and profitability
3. Manage supply / demand accurately to ensure no gap outs or excess
4. Organize working team with sales, e-Business, and the other marketing team to drive the business plan effectively
5. Spend time daily with sales teams to understand customer requirements and develop tools to help sales close orders and increase upsell
6. Support quarterly planning, outlook, and recovery plan & action
7. Review daily and weekly metrics and develop action plans to address issues in the business
1. 3 years or more of professional experience, preferable in Marketing or Consulting. Hands on experience in sales is a plus
2.Bachelor's degree or equivalent, MBA is preferable
3.Strong analytical and logical skill to develop business cases
4. Good organizational agility and interpersonal skills to work effectively across functions
5.Communication skills in English and local language
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment, proactively managing and setting the business direction
