岗位职责：
1岗位名称：财务总监（管理团队成员）
Position: Finance Controller (MT member)
2汇报对象：总裁
Report line: CEO
3岗位目标：执行董事会制订的战略，为公司运营提供必要的财务支持和信息技术支持。
Target: Implement the strategy defined by the Board, provide necessary finance and information technical support for company operating.
4岗位职责Responsibilities：
1)负责进行收益风险评价和编制财务预算；
Responsible for profit and risk evaluation, and preparing for finance budget;
2)负责公司资金运作，确保公司资金合理使用；
Responsible for capital operating to ensure that company capital must be used normally.
3)负责建立并维护内部控制系统，确保公司资产的保值增值；
Responsible for setting up and maintain internal control system to ensure company assets to keep values or add value.
4)负责财务诊断、财务分析，提出生产经营及成本控制的对策与建议；
Responsible for financial problems diagnosis and analysis, and put forward suggestions for production operation and cost control.
5)按照中国的法律法规、集团和公司的规定，组织财务核算和财务报告；
Organize the accounting work and finance reports to ensure them follow related China laws, group and regulation.
6)分析并报告对现在、未来的收益有影响的因素并提出建议和解决方案；
Analyze and report any items that have impact on current or future profitability and its solution.
7)领导财务部门履行正常的职能，保持良好的记录系统；
Lead Finance department to fulfill normal function, maintain a good record system.
8)领导信息技术部门；
Oversee IT department.
9)负责公司的法律和保险事宜；
Responsible for company legal and insurance affairs.
10)与外管、税务、银行及相关政府机构保持良好关系；
Keep good relationship with foreign exchange bureau, tax bureau, bank and relevant government authorities.
任职资格：
1)本科以上学历，财务及相关专业，有ACCA、CPA等资质优先
Bachelor degree, finance and related specialty, ACCA or CPA is preferred.
2)8年以上制造型企业财务部门的管理岗位工作经验，其中至少3年以上欧美企业经历
More than 8 years finance management experience in manufacturing industry, at least 3 years in European and American company
3)熟悉国家和地方财务和税务法律法规以及国际财务报告准则
Be familiar with national and local finance and taxation law and regulation and IFRS
4)熟悉ERP的原理和操作，有IT管理经验优先
Be familiar with ERP principal and operating, IT management experience is preferred
5)良好的英文听、说能力
Good command of listening & speaking of English
6)较强的人际能力能够在集团内部进行有效的沟通并且具有原则性
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively within group and insist principle
7)具有较强的创新能力和活力优化业务流程
Be able to innovate with a capacity and energy to streamline the business process
8)具有战略眼光和全局观，在面对紧急和复杂局面时能够精确处理，关注细节
Be strategy eyesight and perform accurately while meeting tight deadlines, handling multiple assignments and giving highest attention to details
