岗位职责:
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
-Following the company’s vision plan, develop the real estate business opportunities.
根据公司目前发展状况,制定拓展规划
-Set clear commercials objectives and use the right tools and management skills to put it into action plan.
制定清晰的商业拓展目标并有效实现
-Identifying the suitable new real estate collaboration and conduct negotiation with the landlords and developers.
选定合适的拓展项目并有效谈判
-Mgt. of contract maintenance and Financial Mgt.
负责商场合同的谈判及财务账款管理
-Constantly reviewing the current real estate portfolio and take actions to improve the existing portfolio.
持续不断的改善公司现有的拓展项目
-Formulate P&L study of each project, each market and each region. And be able to interpret the numbers into an action plan and ensure the profitability of business.
根据每个项目去分析资产损益表,确保每个项目的合理性
-Coordinate with all related departments to ensure a smooth operating.
和所有相关部分协调沟通确保拓展有效进行
任职资格:
Knowledge and Experience
-At least 5 years’ experience in retail business development
5年以上拓展零售行业
-Proficiency in MS office
熟练操作计算机办公系统
-Can adapt to business travelling and flexible working time
能适应出差及弹性工作时间
-Can work independently and as a team as well
独立工作并能与团队积极合作
-Good interpersonal and communication skills
良好的人际沟通能力
-Personal Effectiveness
个人工作效率
-Ability to retail negotiate
