Job description:
1. Achieve annual E-commerce Sales Target
2. In charge of E-Commerce Sales (Tmall/B2C) & Digital Marketing
3. Negotiation with Key Platform for Key Moments strategy, IP Campaigns, and Platform resources
4. Integration of Digital Marketing communication and strategy planning
5. Manage KOL Live streaming in Tmall & Douyin, Kuaishou etc
7. Setting E-Commerce Key Platform (Tmall,JD,VIP) Operation & Promotion strategy
8. Communication with TP, Agency & Online platforms
9. Budget management / cost control
10. Organization management
1.实现年销售目标
2.负责电子商务销售(Tmall/B2C)和数字营销
3.与关键时刻战略,知识产权运动和平台资源关键平台谈判
4.数字营销传播与战略规划的融合
5.管理TMall&Doughin,Kuaishou等地区的KOL
6.设定电子商务关键平台(Tall,JD,VIP)运营与推广策略
7.与TP公司和在线平台的沟通
8.预算管理/成本控制
9.组织管理
Qualification:
1. Language: Fluent in English, Native in Chinese
2. Experience in Online sales background
3. Working experience in BPC industry (10yrs more)
4. Preferable on working experience in global cosmetic company
5. Presentation skill
1.语言: 英语流利,汉语流利
2.网上销售经验
3.在BPC行业工作经验(10岁以上)
4.全球化妆品企业工作经验
