岗位职责:
?Oversee development of Sales Strategy globally. Leads a team of regional sales leaders and demand management professionals in executing the sales strategy and delivering both top line revenue and product standard margin according to budget.
?Defines appropriate metrics and measurements for managing sales productivity, New Business Opportunity Pipeline health and sales force effectiveness.
?Understands and can continually drive global team to grow opportunity pipeline consistent with Circuit Protection business and product strategies.
?Organizes and manages the development and administration of global sales budgets, monthly Sales & Operational Planning and Quarterly Business Reviews.
?Quickly understands and can establish/upgrade/articulate account plans for top accounts, can establish and grow strategic relationships with executive management/decision makers within our strategic account partners.
?Lead development and execution of Channel and EMS/CM customer & market strategy. Drives execution of strategy through tactical leadership. Develops and deploys business processes to insure 100% capture of all design wins through EMS, ODM and Channel partners.
?Drives a regular cadence for maintaining and updating competitive analysis across all regions including price, specification and share.
?Provides regular communication with Consumer Solution Executive team, Operating Committee and Board of Directors.
?Provides leadership and fosters development of sales organization by providing constructive feedback to all territory sales employees on a regular basis to improve selling and sales results.
?Provide leadership for personnel and organizational development; manage company’s performance management process for Global Account and Regional Managers. Motivates, enables and engages sales team.
任职资格:
?Proven sales team leadership in a multicultural work environment.
?Experienced in professional sales management with proven success in strategic sales planning and account management.
?Proven track record in the capacity as a head of sales within a global organization.
?Has a track record of growing Sales and Margins.
?Strong fundamental in sales profession, excel in value selling strategy and execution.
?Experience in setting sales bonus targets and demonstrated ability to build and grow high performance sales organizations.
?Demonstrated experience working within a SOP business process framework
?Understands and has demonstrated ability to sell at multiple levels within a customer. Has experience coordinating with multiple organizations to facilitate sales growth (e.g. Product Management, Quality, Field Application Engineering, Factories, etc.)
