职位职能/Responsibilities
This position is mainly responsible for setting up and developing business for the company:
· Set up the team for starting the business, and increase management's effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers;
· Establishing new customer projects and relationships at companies in pharmaceutical, personal care and drug delivery industries etc.
· Strengthen the brand name and drive our leadership in the marketplace by effective marketing and PR activities.
· Develop and implement sales forecasts, strategy and plans designed to achieve new business goals.
· Maintain a new business pipeline for products and services.
职位要求/ Requirements
The candidate should be:
· At least 3 years working experience in pharmaceutical, biomedical or CRO preclinical R&D,
· Knowledge about in silico methods (PBPK, QSAR), preferably hands-on experience in using the methods
· At least 3 years working experience in management role, preferably from a start-up
· University degree in pharmacology/biomedicine/biochemistry/medical/bio IT.
· Native Chinese Speaker, Fluency in English, and excellent written communication and presentation skills;
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a confident and articulate style.
· Positive attitude, initiative and enthusiasm.
· Strong work ethic and ability to work with a high degree of autonomy.
