Responsibility: 1. Ensure a reliable and adequate R&D cost estimation for the projects, the technically optimized design for the development projects and the smooth implementation 2. Analysis of problems reported from production line and/or from customer 3. Ensure that all project activities follow the defined processes and all project activities follow the defined processes 4. Manage and improve general and technical capability in the R&D department (training, coaching, and mentoring) and the quality awareness 5. Be interface to HQ R&D and Segment Application Development in terms of technology, standard, process and tooling 6. Align BU R&D strategy with local management (in terms of location, capacity set up ...) 7. Manage the continuous improvement in terms of organizational setup to support the growth of S&A business in China。
